About the Author

Dr. Paul Greene is a clinical psychologist and Director of the Manhattan Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in New York City. He specializes in the treatment of PTSD, OCD, panic attacks, health anxiety, depression, and related anxiety disorders using evidence-based treatments including ERP, CPT, prolonged exposure therapy, CBT-I, and DBT. His academic and research interests include anxiety, mindfulness, and the application of CBT in medical populations. Dr. Greene earned his doctorate from Boston University and completed postdoctoral training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he later served as Assistant Professor.
