About the Author

Dr. Womack specializes in insomnia, anxiety disorders, career counseling, and helping individuals navigate life transitions. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients make sustainable changes and improve well-being. Dr. Womack earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the APA-accredited University of Southern Mississippi and completed postdoctoral training at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, where she received specialized training in CBT for insomnia (CBT-I).
