About the Author

Dr. Anderson is a clinical postdoctoral fellow at the Manhattan Center for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She specializes in the treatment of adults with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, insomnia, mood disorders, and borderline personality disorder. Her clinical work emphasizes evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and other scientifically supported approaches. She has experience helping adults overcome longstanding patterns of anxiety, rumination, emotion dysregulation, trauma-related symptoms, and emotional distress and achieving meaningful and lasting change.
