Dr. Bajaj is a psychologist specializing in stress-related health concerns in adults, particularly depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, chronic pain, smoking cessation, women's health, intimacy concerns, and adjustment to medical illness. She incorporates evidence-based approaches including Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based interventions tailored to each individual's needs. Dr. Bajaj earned her B.A. from Rutgers University and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical and Biological Health Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her pre-doctoral residency in Behavioral Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine.
